Event Location & Directions
SECURITY INSTRUCTIONS:
- All guest names must be on the RSVP list. The guest list name must match the name of the guest as it appears on a valid government-issued photo ID (License, Passport, Military ID, etc).
- All vehicles are subject to inspection upon entry into the Gate 8 parking structure.
- After parking, you and your guests will proceed to check-in on the first floor of the parking structure where you will be assigned a participant number (bib). Guests will not be permitted to check-in or participate without the employee registrant present.
- After receiving your participant number (bib), cross Forest Lawn Drive & enter Gate 7 walk-thru.
Gate Security will ask all guests to open any bags, purses or briefcases for inspection. Guests are encouraged to leave cameras, backpacks, bags and packages in their vehicles. - No animals allowed on the lot except for service animals. We must be told in advance of your visit to get approval through security.
DIRECTIONS
FROM DOWNTOWN LA
- 110 NORTH to 101 NORTH (Hollywood Freeway)
- Pass these exits: Sunset, Hollywood Blvd.
- Take the BARHAM EXIT – to the light – TURN RIGHT onto BARHAM
- Stay on Barham – TURN RIGHT onto FOREST LAWN DRIVE (light)
- TURN RIGHT in to GATE 8 and proceed into the parking structure – Give the Guard your last name, he will give you a pass – Walk across Forest Lawn and into the Warner Bros. Studio lot
FROM I-5 (TRAVELING NORTH OR SOUTH)
- Take I-5 (Golden State Freeway) to the 134 WEST
- Take the HOLLYWOOD WAY EXIT – to the light (Alameda)
- At the light – TURN LEFT onto ALAMEDA – to the first light
- At the light – TURN LEFT onto HOLLWOOD WAY – to the light at Olive
- TURN RIGHT onto OLIVE – Follow Olive around Studio- past Gate 2/3 at Franklin
- TURN LEFT onto FOREST LAWN DRIVE (light)
- TURN RIGHT into GATE 8 and proceed into the parking structure – Give the Guard your last name, he will give you a pass – Walk across Forest Lawn and into the Warner Bros. Studio lot
WEST LA, LAX AIRPORT OR SANTA MONICA AREA
- Take I-405 (San Diego Freeway) to the 101 SOUTH (Hollywood Freeway)
- Pass these exits: Van Nuys, Coldwater Canyon, Laurel Canyon
- After Laurel Canyon – stay in the far LEFT LANE and MERGE onto the 134 EAST
- Take the PASS AVENUE EXIT (After Cahuenga) – At light – TURN RIGHT onto PASS
- Pass Ave dead ends into OLIVE (there is a light and Warner Bros. is in front of you)
- At the light – TURN RIGHT onto OLIVE – Follow Olive around Studio – past Franklin
- TURN LEFT onto FOREST LAWN DRIVE (light)
- TURN RIGHT onto GATE 8 and proceed into the parking structure – Give the Guard your last name, he will give you a pass – Walk across Forest Lawn and into the Warner Bros. Studio lot
